ORACLE SIMPHONY POS INTEGRATION WITH A LOYALTY PLATFORM
We have developed an Oracle Symphony POS extension application in order to integrate the POS with a cloud-based loyalty platform, on behalf of a big coffee franchise that operates in Cyprus. The integration allows POS users to identify reward users, view their related information and submit their transactions and redemption requests to the loyalty platform, directly through the POS and in real-time. The solution was developed on C#.
ICG POS INTEGRATION WITH SIX PAYMENT SERVICES TERMINAL
We have implemented a middleware that integrates the ICG POS with the Six Payment Services terminals in order to initiate payments through the terminal directly through the POS. The solution was build using node js.

BUSINESS CONSULTING FOR AN INCIDENT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM FOR GAP VASSILOPOULOS
We have provided consulting services for an incident management system used by GAP Vassilopoulos. Those services included the design of the business flows that should have been reflected within the system, configuring the system according to those flows, training the key users of the system and monitoring and updating the solution business flows after going live, based on feedback from the users, in order to reach the optimum efficiency.
